From the moment you stepped onto the stage at Cheltenham, you owned it, and we, your audience were eating out of the palms of your hands. I don't think I have ever seen or heard such a powerful testimony as you gave us last Sunday. Not only was it passionate and powerful - it was so obviously the truth and spoken from the heart. You didn't give us what we wanted to hear - you gave us what we needed to hear. I'm sure you have been inundated with praise from across the network and at HQ level, and I'm sure you've touched a lot of people and their businesses too. I particularly loved your humour and your directness - and the fact you were not afraid to go against some of the things we believed were the only way forward.....you crashed through "the thinking in the box" and threw down gauntlets for us to own our mistakes and challenges.
