I sat next to Bernell a while ago at an Advanced Leadership day. He was relatively new to the business then and I was so impressed with the way he had his head round the business and the huge feeling of determination and intention that came from him. Also what a nice man. You could see he was going to go places. On my other side was Sauren, so I was in a good spot!
